Washington Satisfaction of Judgment (Small Claims) is a legal form used in the state of Washington to officially record the satisfaction of a money judgment rendered in a small claims court. This form is used by the party who was awarded the judgment (the judgment creditor) to document the satisfaction of the judgment after the judgment debtor has paid the full amount awarded. The form also allows the judgment creditor to indicate if they have received a partial payment of the judgment amount. There are three types of Washington Satisfaction of Judgment (Small Claims) forms: Satisfaction of Judgment (Money Judgment), Satisfaction of Judgment (Non-Money Judgment), and Partial Satisfaction of Judgment (Money Judgment).
