Sec. 2241(B)(2) Aggravated Sexual Abuse — Administration of Drug, Intoxicant or Other Substance — Elements 562 is an offense under the United States Code involving aggravated sexual abuse. It occurs when an individual knowingly administers or attempts to administer a drug, intoxicant, or other substance without the knowledge of the other person with the intent to commit a sexual act. This offense is punishable by up to twenty years in prison. There are three different types of 18 U.S.C. Sec. 2241(B)(2) Aggravated Sexual Abuse — Administration of Drug, Intoxicant or Other Substance — Elements 562: (1) knowingly administering or attempting to administer a drug, intoxicant, or other substance without the knowledge of the other person; (2) with the intent to commit a sexual act; and (3) punishable by up to twenty years in prison.
