Sec. 1029(E)(5) Definition of “Traffic” or “Trafficking” is a subsection of the United States Code that defines the terms “traffic” and “trafficking” in the context of fraud or related activity with access devices. The term “traffic” means transfer, or otherwise dispose of, to another, or obtain control of with intent to transfer or dispose of. The term “trafficking” means to sell, convey, or transport, or to procure for transportation, or to receive or to possess with intent to sell, convey, or transport. There are two types of 18 U.S.C.
