Sec. 1029(E)(4) defines the term “produce” as “a false or fraudulent identification document, false authentication feature, or false or counterfeit access device.” This provision applies to two types of “produce”: false identification documents and false authentication features. False identification documents include any document that is or purports to be an identification document, document-making implement, or other means of identification that is false or fraudulent. False authentication features include any feature that is or purports to be an authentication feature of an identification document, document-making implement, or other means of identification that is false or fraudulent.
