Tennessee DOMESTIC RELATIONS — Income Statement is a document prepared by the Tennessee Department of Human Services Division of Child Support Services (CSS) that provides detailed information about each party’s income and other financial resources. The Income Statement is used to help determine the amount of child support owed and may include income from all sources, such as wages, unemployment benefits, Social Security Disability, alimony, and pensions. There are two types of Tennessee DOMESTIC RELATIONS — Income Statements: an Income Statement for Employed Persons and an Income Statement for Self-Employed Persons. The Income Statement for Employed Persons includes gross wages and other income, deductions, and net wages. The Income Statement for Self-Employed Persons includes gross income, deductions, and net income. Both statements must be accompanied by proof of income.
