The South Dakota Statement of Change of Registered Office or Registered Agent or Both (Domestic Cooperative) is a legal document which is filed with the South Dakota Secretary of State when a domestic cooperative changes its registered office address or its registered agent, or both. There are two types of South Dakota Statement of Change of Registered Office or Registered Agent or Both (Domestic Cooperative): one for changing the registered office and one for changing the registered agent. The documents must be signed by the cooperative's registered agent and must list the cooperative’s name and current registered office address. The documents must also include the cooperative’s new registered office address or the name and address of the new registered agent, or both. The documents must be filed with the South Dakota Secretary of State along with the applicable filing fee.
