A Pennsylvania Notice of Appeal from Award of Board of Arbitrators is a legal document that is used when a party wishes to challenge an award that has been issued by a board of arbitrators in the state of Pennsylvania. The notice must be filed with the court within 30 days of the award being issued. There are two types of Pennsylvania Notice of Appeal from Award of Board of Arbitrators. The first type is an Appeal of an Award in Equity, which is used when the award was issued by a board of arbitrators on issues of equity, such as contract disputes or matters of business law. The second type is an Appeal of an Award in Contract, which is used when the award was issued by a board of arbitrators on issues of contract law, such as breach of contract or enforcement of contract. In both cases, the Notice of Appeal must be filed with the court, along with the original award, any supporting documentation, a filing fee, and any other relevant paperwork. The court will then review the appeal and issue a ruling.
