The Pennsylvania Precise For Entry of Appearance is a legal document that must be filed in order to formally enter an appearance in a civil case in the state of Pennsylvania. The Precise is used by attorneys or other legal representatives to notify the court of their intention to represent a party in a case. The Precise also indicates the attorney's address and contact information, as well as the name and address of the party they are representing. There are two types of Pennsylvania Precise For Entry of Appearance: Precise for Entry of Appearance for Original Proceedings and Precise for Entry of Appearance for Post-Judgment Proceedings. The former is used to enter an appearance in a civil case prior to a judgment being rendered, while the latter is used to enter an appearance in a case after a judgment has been rendered.
