Pennsylvania Precise FOR TERMINATION of SUPERSEDES is a document filed with the court that requests the court to terminate or end a stay of execution (supersedes) previously granted in an appeal. It is used to notify the court that the appellant has either voluntarily withdrawn the appeal or that the appeal has been decided in favor of the appealed. There are two types of Pennsylvania Precise FOR TERMINATION of SUPERSEDES: voluntary termination and court order termination. A voluntary termination is when the appellant requests that the stay of execution be terminated because they no longer wish to pursue the appeal. A court order termination is when the court orders the stay of execution to be terminated because the appeal has been decided in favor of the appealed.
