Oregon Application For Registration (Foreign LP) is a form used by limited partnerships (LPs) formed outside the state of Oregon to register and legally conduct business in the state. This form is used to register an LP with the Oregon Secretary of State's Office of Corporate Records. It includes the LP's name, address, purpose, registered agent, and other information required by the state. The form also requires the LP to pay a filing fee. There are two different types of Oregon Application For Registration (Foreign LP): the Standard and the Fast Track. The Standard filing is a traditional filing process which requires the LP to wait for the approval of the registration before conducting business in the state. The Fast Track filing is a faster process which allows the LP to begin conducting business in Oregon while the registration is still pending.
