Oregon Employer Identification Number (EIN) is a nine-digit number assigned to a business entity by the Oregon Department of Revenue (FOR). It is used to identify the business for tax filing and reporting purposes. It is also commonly referred to as a Federal Tax Identification Number (VEIN) or Oregon Tax ID Number. There are two types of Oregon Wins: Standard Wins and Reemployment Tax Wins. Standard Wins are used for non-wage income taxes, such as income and franchise taxes, while Reemployment Tax Wins are used for Oregon Employment Department taxes, such as Unemployment Insurance taxes.
