Oregon Articles of Dissolution NP is a legal document used to dissolve a nonprofit corporation in the state of Oregon. It must be filed with the Oregon Secretary of State's office in order to officially dissolve the corporation. This document includes basic information about the nonprofit such as its name, address, articles of incorporation number, and the date of dissolution. It must be signed by the majority of the directors of the nonprofit and witnessed by the Secretary of State or a notary public. There are two types of Oregon Articles of Dissolution NP: Voluntary Dissolution and Administrative Dissolution. Voluntary Dissolution is when the directors of the nonprofit file the Articles of Dissolution voluntarily. Administrative Dissolution is when the Secretary of State initiates the dissolution of the nonprofit due to failure to comply with state laws.
