Oklahoma Malicious Mischief-Definitions are criminal statutes in the state of Oklahoma that prohibit malicious or deliberate destruction or defacement of another person’s property. There are two types of malicious mischief in Oklahoma: malicious injury to property and malicious injury to animals. Malicious injury to property is defined as the intentional and malicious destruction, alteration, or defacement of the real or personal property of another person without their permission. Malicious injury to animals is defined as the intentional and malicious killing, maiming, or disfigurement of any animal of another person without their permission. Both types of malicious mischief are considered crimes in the state of Oklahoma and can lead to fines and/or imprisonment.
