The New York RJ Foreclosure Addendum is a form that must be completed by a borrower in order to initiate a foreclosure proceeding in the state of New York. It is filed in the Office of the County Clerk in the county in which the property is located. It must be signed by the lender and borrower and all relevant parties, and contains information such as the property address, the amount of the loan, the name of the mortgagee and mortgage service, and the name of the court where the foreclosure will take place. There are three different types of New York RJ Foreclosure Addendum: Residential, Commercial and Multi-Family.
