The Nevada Sole Proprietor or General Partnership Cancellation Statement (NRS 76) is a statement that is used to cancel an existing State Business License for a Sole Proprietor or General Partnership in the state of Nevada. This statement must be made in writing and must include the name of the business, the State Business License number, and the signature of the sole proprietor or general partner, and must be submitted to the State of Nevada. There are two types of Nevada Sole Proprietor or General Partnership Cancellation Statement (NRS 76): one for the cancellation of a Sole Proprietorship and one for the cancellation of a General Partnership. Both forms require the same information but must be filed separately. The form must be completed in full and signed by the sole proprietor or general partner before it can be submitted for cancellation.
