A Nevada Report On The Filing Or Determination of An Action Regarding A Patent Or Trademark is an official document issued by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) after the filing or determination of a patent or trademark application. It is a detailed report of the action taken by the USPTO in regard to the application, including the status, office action, and other relevant information. There are two types of Nevada Reports: a Status Report and a Determination Report. A Status Report provides an overview of the application’s progress and the actions taken up to that point, including the filing date, prosecution history, and any office actions. A Determination Report provides a more detailed report of the action taken on the application, including the status and office action. Both reports are available for viewing in the USPTO’s Public PAIR database.
