Nevada CM-ECF Limited Use Registration is the process of registering for access to the Nevada District Court's Electronic Case Filing (ECF) system. Limited Use Registrants are non-attorney users who are granted access to the ECF system for the purpose of filing documents related to a specific case. There are three types of Nevada CM-ECF Limited Use Registrants: Pro Se Registrants, Pro HAC Vice Registrants, and Court Reporters. Pro Se Registrants are individuals representing themselves in a court filing. Pro HAC Vice Registrants are attorneys from out-of-state who are granted permission to practice in a particular court case. Court Reporters are transcriptionists hired by the court to provide accurate transcripts of court proceedings. All Nevada CM-ECF Limited Use Registrants must adhere to the rules and regulations of the court's ECF system.
