Nevada Voluntary Dismissal — Joint Notice is a document used when both parties involved in a case agree to the dismissal of the case. This document is filed with the court, and once signed by the judge, the case is officially terminated. There are two types of Nevada Voluntary Dismissal — Joint Notice: with prejudice and without prejudice. When a case is dismissed with prejudice, the parties involved are not allowed to bring the case back to court, while when a case is dismissed without prejudice, the parties involved are allowed to bring the case back to court.
