The Nevada Decree of Separation — With Children is a legal document that outlines the terms of a divorce or legal separation when there are minor children involved. It covers issues such as parental rights, child custody and visitation, child support, spousal support, division of property, and other matters related to the divorce. There are two types of Nevada Decree of Separation — With Children: the Joint Petition, and the Complaint. The Joint Petition is filed by both spouses, while the Complaint is filed by one spouse. Both documents provide the same information, however, the Complaint includes additional information to provide the court with the necessary information to make an informed decision.
