New Hampshire Form FP-4 Foreign Partnership Change of Agent is a form used by foreign partnerships to report changes to their designated agent for service of process in the state. This form is required when a foreign partnership changes its resident agent, and must be filed with the New Hampshire Secretary of State. There are two types of New Hampshire Form FP-4 Foreign Partnership Change of Agent: (1) the initial filing, and (2) the amendment filing. The initial filing must be completed when filing the Certificate of Foreign Limited Partnership (Form FP-1). The amendment filing must be completed when the foreign partnership changes its designated resident agent. Both forms require the foreign partnership to provide information about the new agent, such as the agent's name and address, and must be signed by an authorized representative of the foreign partnership.
