Nebraska Worksheet 2- Split Custody Calculation is a form used by the state of Nebraska to determine child support payments for a family with split custody. Split custody is when each parent has physical custody of at least one of the children. The worksheet is used to calculate the amount of child support each parent should pay based on their income, the number of children, and their respective custody arrangements. There are two types of Nebraska Worksheet 2- Split Custody Calculation: Normal Split Custody Calculation and Modified Split Custody Calculation. The Normal Split Custody Calculation requires the parent with the higher income to pay the other parent a percentage of their income. The Modified Split Custody Calculation takes into account additional factors such as the number of overnight visits, the cost of health insurance, and the cost of daycare.
