Nebraska Domestic Change of Registered Agent And Or Office (Domestic Non Profit Corp) is a process that allows a domestic non-profit corporation in Nebraska to change its registered agent and/or registered office. The change will be reflected in the Nebraska Secretary of State's records. The two types of Nebraska Domestic Change of Registered Agent And Or Office (Domestic Non Profit Corp) are: 1. Change of Registered Agent: This process requires the non-profit corporation to submit a completed Form N-402 to the Nebraska Secretary of State. This form must include the name and address of the new registered agent, along with the signature of the current registered agent. 2. Change of Registered Office: This process requires the non-profit corporation to submit a completed Form N-403 to the Nebraska Secretary of State.
