The North Dakota Amended Certificate of Authority Application Farm/Ranch Limited Liability Company (also known as a “F/R LLC”) is a document used to amend the Certificate of Authority of a Limited Liability Company (LLC) registered in North Dakota. This form is used to change the purpose of the LLC, the registered agent, or the duration of the LLC.
