Montana Mont. LBF 7. TRUSTEE'S NOTICE of DEBTOR'S FAILURE TO APPEAR AT Sec. 341(a) MEETING; AND REQUEST FOR DISPOSITION [MONT. LB 2003-7] is a form used by a bankruptcy trustee to notify the court that the debtor did not appear at the Section 341(a) meeting of creditors. This form is required to be filed when the debtor fails to appear at the meeting of creditors and the trustee wishes to have the case disposed of. This form is used in Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases in the state of Montana. There are two types of this form: one for a joint debtors filing, and one for a single debtor filing. The form includes information about the debtor(s), the date of the meeting, and the trustee’s request for disposition of the case.
