This lease rider form may be used when you are involved in a lease transaction, and have made the decision to utilize the form of Oil and Gas Lease presented to you by the Lessee, and you want to include additional provisions to that Lease form to address specific concerns you may have, or place limitations on the rights granted the Lessee in the standard lease form.
Missouri Surface — Unauthorized Use refers to the illegal utilization or access to public or private land surfaces without proper authorization in the state of Missouri. This act is considered a violation of property rights and can be subject to legal consequences. Unauthorized use of Missouri surfaces can occur in various forms, including but not limited to: 1. Trespassing: The act of entering onto someone else's property without permission or lawful authority. This can involve crossing boundaries, fences, or signs indicating restricted access. 2. Illegal dumping: Disposing of waste materials, debris, or other unwanted substances on someone else's property without consent is considered illegal dumping. This often results in environmental pollution and property damage. 3. Unauthorized construction or alteration: Engaging in construction or modification activities on land without obtaining the necessary permits or permissions from the property owner or relevant authorities. 4. Off-road vehicle trespass: Operating motorized vehicles off designated paths or roads, causing damage to private or public lands, crops, or natural habitats. This includes unauthorized use of ATVs, dirt bikes, or other recreational vehicles on someone else's property. 5. Agricultural encroachment: Unauthorized use of agricultural lands or encroachment by individuals for farming, grazing, logging, or other activities without the landowner's approval.
