A Massachusetts Order Rendering is an order issued by the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court that grants a party the right to file a complaint for a specific legal issue within a certain period of time. This order is used to prevent a party from delaying a court case or taking advantage of an expiration of the statute of limitations. The order is issued when a defendant has failed to respond to a complaint, or when a party has not taken action to resolve an issue the court has requested. There are two types of Massachusetts Order Rendering: a Final Order and an Interlocutory Order. A Final Order is issued when the court has determined that a party has failed to take action to resolve a legal issue, and the order sets a deadline for the party to respond to the complaint. An Interlocutory Order is issued when the court has not yet determined the merits of a case, and the order is used to request that the parties take certain actions before the court makes a decision.
