A Kentucky Notice of Submission of Case for Final Adjudication is a formal document that is filed with the Kentucky court system in order to initiate the final adjudication of a case. It is used to inform the court that all parties involved in the case have agreed to the terms and conditions of the case and that they desire the court to render a decision. This document is used to put the court on notice that the case is ready for adjudication. There are two types of Kentucky Notice of Submission of Case for Final Adjudication. The first is an Uncontested Notice, which is filed when all parties involved have agreed to the terms of the case and are not requesting a hearing. The second type is a Contested Notice, which is filed when one or more of the parties involved have requested a hearing.
