Indiana Relief from Judgment/Order, Motion — Legal is a motion filed with the court in order to ask the court to set aside or vacate a judgment or order previously entered a case. This motion is typically used when the party filing the motion believes that the judgment or order was entered in error. This motion may be filed with the court at any time, although the court may deny the motion if it is filed more than 30 days after the judgment or order was entered.
