Upon individual written request, persons in the following groups or occupational classes may be excused from jury service: You are 70 years of age or older; You served as a grand or petit juror in a State, Federal, Territorial, or Commonwealth Court within the last two (2) years; or.
The following information must be provided: (1) your full name; (2) date of birth; and (3) a valid identification number. Additionally, you will need to present a current and valid photo identification card, or attach a clear copy of a current and valid photo identification card to your email request.
