Connecticut Certificate of Amendment (Nonstick Corp) is a document used to make changes to the existing articles of incorporation of a nonstick corporation in the state of Connecticut. The amendment must be approved by the board of directors and shareholders in accordance with the provisions of Connecticut General Statutes.
