California Notice Re Oral Argument is a formal notice issued by the Supreme Court of California to notify parties in a legal case that an oral argument will be held. It is given to the parties of the case before the court hears oral argument. This notice includes the case name, case number, date and time of the oral argument, the name of the presiding justice, and the name of the courtroom. There are two types of California Notice Re Oral Argument: Pre-Argument Notice and Post-Argument Notice. The Pre-Argument Notice is issued before oral argument is held and tells the parties when and where the argument will be held. The Post-Argument Notice is issued after oral argument is held and gives the parties the date when the court will issue its opinion.
