California Notice Of Entry Of Judgment is a document that is filed with the court to formally notify parties involved in a legal dispute that a judgment has been entered. This document informs the parties of the terms of the judgment and of their rights and responsibilities under the judgment. There are two types of California Notice Of Entry Of Judgment: (1) General Judgment and (2) Summary Judgment. A General Judgment is entered when all the issues have been resolved after a trial and a Summary Judgment is entered when a party is granted a judgment based on a motion. Both types of judgments must be entered by the court and a Notice Of Entry Of Judgment must be filed with the court as part of the process. The Notice Of Entry Of Judgment must include the date of entry, the party against whom the judgment is entered, the amount of the judgment, and the court in which the judgment was entered. Once the Notice Of Entry Of Judgment is filed, the judgment is officially entered in the court records and becomes a matter of public record.
