The Arizona Certificate of Good Standing (District Court) is a document issued by the Arizona District Court that verifies that a business or professional entity is in compliance with all laws and regulations in the state. The certificate serves as proof that the entity is eligible to conduct business in the state and that all taxes and fees have been paid. There are two types of Arizona Certificate of Good Standing (District Court): the Certificate of Compliance and the Certificate of Status. The Certificate of Compliance verifies that the business or entity meets the requirements set out in the Arizona Revised Statutes, while the Certificate of Status verifies that the business or entity has not been suspended or revoked. Both certificates are valid for one year and must be renewed annually.
