Alabama Change by Agent of Agent Name and/or Registered Office Address is a service offered by the Alabama Secretary of State's Office. It allows registered agents to submit changes to their name and/or registered office address on behalf of their clients. There are two types of Alabama Change by Agent of Agent Name and/or Registered Office Address: 1. The Change of Agent Name form allows registered agents to update their name on record with the Alabama Secretary of State. 2. The Change of Registered Office Address form allows registered agents to update the address of their registered office in Alabama. These changes must be submitted through the Alabama Secretary of State's online portal, and will be officially recorded upon approval.
