Alabama JCC Agreement (Informal Adjustment) is an agreement between an employer and employee that determines the terms and conditions of employment. It is used when the employer and employee do not wish to enter into a formal contract. There are two types of Alabama JCC Agreement (Informal Adjustment): one that is used for new employees and one that is used for existing employees.
