New Mexico Motion for Temporary Waiver of Budget and Credit Counseling Requirements is a motion filed by an individual who is seeking to be released from having to complete a budget and credit counseling course prior to filing for bankruptcy. The motion is filed in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Mexico. There are three types of New Mexico Motion for Temporary Waiver of Budget and Credit Counseling Requirements: 1) motion for an emergency waiver of budget and credit counseling; 2) motion for a temporary waiver of budget and credit counseling; and 3) motion for a permanent waiver of budget and credit counseling.
