An RV Bill of Sale is a legally binding document that helps protect the interests of both the buyer and the seller. It serves as proof of the transaction and transfer of ownership and should be kept as a record by both parties.
You might only need the title to complete the sale. In other situations, you may need a bill of sale. Some Alabama counties require this form, including the state's largest county, Baldwin County. You must have a clear title showing you as the owner.

In order to register a vehicle subject to the Alabama title law, a title application must be completed before a registration can be processed. When a certificate of title is not required, only a registration is issued.
You can ride the ATV on your OWN property. You can also ride on a grandparents property although that is a grey area. Any and all vehicles that operate on the public road must be registered and the operator must posses a valid drivers license. There are laws that forbid recreational vehicles operating on public roads.
