Your final divorce paper is called a Decree of Dissolution. You will also need other documents listed below. The relief that you asked for in your Petition must be the same as in the Decree.

Contact the Clerk of the Superior Court for the county in which the divorce was filed in. Divorce decrees filed before 1950 may be held by the Arizona State Archives, depending on the county.

To locate a copy of your deed, search using your last name and first name. If you know when you recorded your document, you can use the dates to narrow your search.

Complete a road consignment (CMR) note The CMR note confirms that the haulage company has received the goods and has a contract from the supplier to carry them. You must have a CMR note on all international journeys if you're carrying goods on a commercial basis.
Upon delivery, the recipient signs the CMR note, providing confirmation of receipt. A CMR note includes the names and addresses of both the sender and receiver, as well as details about the goods, such as their weight. Moreover, it clarifies who is responsible for insuring the goods during transit.
