To request a room change you will need to complete and submit a Room Change Request Web Form to the Housing Office. The room change request processes periods are only available at the onset of each quarter. Learn more about the Room Change Request procces and the specific dates for each quarter.
Housing is available for all traditional undergraduate students ages 17-24. Housing is assigned on a first-come-first-serve basis, therefore, availability ing to preference may be limited.

Housing for transfer students is not guaranteed, however we have been able to offer housing to all Transfer students who have applied in the past few years. Applying outside of the published deadlines or for winter or spring? No problem, we accept applications on a rolling basis.

All rooms are equipped with a twin XL bed, desk, rolling desk cabinet, desk chair, wardrobe or closet and three stacking dressers.
We provide services such as general maintenance, plumbing, mechanical, and handyman services. Students, faculty, and staff can request these services online. Requests can be submitted by a Customer Request through AiM, by phone at (408) 554-4742 or by emailing Facilities-CSC@scu.
