The University requires matriculated undergraduate students enrolled prior to fall 2023 and under the age of 21 or with fewer than ninety earned credit hours (senior standing) to live on campus. Students who fall under the residency requirement must actually reside on campus.

In support of institutional goals of promoting education and personal welfare of students, all first-year college students are required to live in on-campus residence halls.
