A grade of 'D' or better received at Collin or any other college is a passing grade and may not be repeated for benefits.
Delivery Type Printed Transcript requests will typically be mailed within 1 business day. Processing time for printed diplomas is 7-21 business days. USPS domestic delivery is typically 3-5 days.
Changes of address affecting residency classification should be reported promptly to the Admissions Office, along with documentation of current address. Name and CollegeWide ID number (CWID) changes require photocopies of the student's Social Security card or Texas Driver's License.
Note that to order official transcripts, students will need to order through a third party called Parchment. You can navigate to the Parchment website through the Collin website.
Transferring Collin College Credits to an Out-of-State College or University The student will need to contact the out-of-state college or university for approval. The out-of-state college or university may require a course description from the catalog year the student took the course in order to make their decision.
To request a change in your degree program and/or have transcripts evaluated, login to CougarWeb. Under Student Quick Links, select "Request Change of Major." Candidates for an Associate degree or Certificate should submit a petition for graduation by the deadline established for that semester.
