Description

The Educational Assistance Program for Employees in Texas is designed to support eligible employees by funding their education to enhance job-related skills. To qualify for this program, employees must be full-time regular staff who have completed at least one year of service. Approved costs include tuition and registration fees for courses at accredited institutions that directly relate to their current job or career advancement. Reimbursement rates are contingent on the grades received in courses, ranging from full reimbursement for an 'A' to no reimbursement for grades lower than a 'C'. Employees must submit a tuition reimbursement form for prior approval and show proof of completion with grades and payment receipts. If employees leave the company within two years of receiving reimbursement, they must repay the amount. This form is particularly useful for attorneys, partners, owners, associates, paralegals, and legal assistants as it provides structured guidelines for educational support, helping legal professionals enhance their qualifications and maintain compliance with program requirements.
