The Arizona Leveraging Educational Assistance Partnership (AzLEAP) enables more low-income Arizona students to finance their college education. Through these need-based grants, undergraduate, low-income, Arizona resident students with substantial financial need are able to access dollars for college.

Tuition and fees are covered for eligible Arizona Students To qualify, a student must: Be an Arizona resident. Graduate high school with a minimum 2.5 GPA. Complete the FAFSA by April 1 of their senior year of high school and qualify for any federal Pell Grant.

Credit balances will be processed within 14 calendar days of the date funds are disbursed. Once the credit balance process is completed, direct deposits should appear in your designated account within 3–5 business days, and paper checks should be received within 3–10 business days.

To be eligible for the Arizona Promise Program, you must: Be an Arizona resident. Graduate from an Arizona high school with a 2.50 GPA or higher. Be admitted to ASU by April 1 as a degree-seeking first-year student for the upcoming fall term. File a FAFSA and submit verification documents by April 1.
