Description

The Educational Assistance Program for Employees is designed to support eligible construction employees in Florida by providing financial assistance for educational pursuits that enhance their skills relevant to their job roles. This program is open to full-time employees who have completed at least one year of service and covers tuition and registration fees for approved courses at accredited institutions. Key features include reimbursement based on the grade received, with highest reimbursement for grades A and B, and a structured process for applying, which requires advance approval from supervisors and human resources. Employees must submit official transcripts and proof of payment after course completion to receive reimbursement. The program also includes a repayment clause if the employee leaves the organization within two years of receiving assistance. This form can be particularly useful for attorneys, partners, owners, associates, paralegals, and legal assistants as it aids in referencing the specific educational benefits available, guiding compliance with application procedures, and understanding the implications of participation. Furthermore, it serves as an important document for any legal considerations regarding employee development and incentives.
