Description

The Educational Assistance Program for Employees is designed to benefit eligible employees in California by providing financial support for their educational advancement. This program covers tuition and registration fees for approved courses from accredited institutions, ensuring that employees can develop skills relevant to their current roles or future positions within the company. To participate, employees must be full-time and have completed at least one year of service. The reimbursement is conditional upon receiving certain grades, with specified percentages based on the performance. Employees are required to submit a tuition reimbursement form, gain approval from their supervisor and human resources, and provide proof of payment and course completion to qualify for reimbursement. Additionally, an important stipulation states that if an employee leaves the company within two years of receiving reimbursement, they must repay the amount. This form is particularly useful for attorneys, partners, owners, associates, paralegals, and legal assistants as it facilitates the professional development of staff, enhances workforce competency, and contributes to employee satisfaction and retention.

I use CTB files and they work well, however there is an argument that they are less flexible than STB's which allow you to assign by object. Both are good but CTB's are easier to maintain IMHO.
