To Inform: Reports aim to convey factual information in a clear, concise, and organized manner. They provide readers with an understanding of a particular topic or situation. To Analyze: Analytical reports go beyond providing information; they delve into the data and provide insights, interpretations, and conclusions.
It provides written documentation of the planned and actual budget, the baseline and actual schedule, and documents recommendations for other projects of similar size and scope. Be certain to identify in the report the project successes, problems on the project, and new ideas that were successful on the project.
