Your Confirmation of Study letter which is available for you to download on your student record, is intended to prove your enrolment status at King's and provide an overview of your course information. Your term-time and home addresses do appear in this letter, reflecting what is contained on your record.
UCL is harder to get into than kings. UCL requires a good , so a bare can be (and is often) rejected. It depends also on references/work/publications etc... Kings is a / borderline entry. There are plenty of degrees doing the LLM at KIngs, but it is still an excellent school.
The personal statement is one of the many factors in the overall assessment of your application: it's your opportunity to introduce yourself to King's and tell us about your interest in your chosen subject, as well as any work experience or extracurricular activities you have done.
