(Miami-Dade County Code Section 2-11.17) Prior to working on the project, all persons employed by the contractor / subcontractor to perform construction shall have completed, the OSHA 10 Hour Safety Training course established by the Occupational Safety & Health Administration of the United States Department of Labor.
In ance with Section 2-47 of the County Code an employee may be suspended, reduced in grade or dismissed by the Director of his department or the director's designee in the manner provided in an Administrative Order. This Administrative Order establishes the policy and procedure to effectuate such delegation.
