The Fulton County Clerk of Superior and Magistrate Courts Real Estate Division is responsible for recording and indexing all Fulton County real estate deeds, lien filings, plats, inium floor plans, military discharges, partnerships, trade names, and Uniform Commercial Code filings (UCC).

Homeowners can sell properties with liens. For a buyer to take possession of the property, the seller will need to clear title and satisfy all outstanding liens.
All open records requests must be sent to the Open Records Officer. In order to submit an open records request you can email the request to the Open Records Officer at openrecords@sos.ga, OR mail the request to the Open Records Officer at the address listed below.
