There shall be no dues or fees for membership in the organization, other than the new membership fee prescribed in Article III, Section 1, of these bylaws. Members shall be notified 30 days in advance of the annual general meeting.The County's Board of Supervisors or the appropriate appointing authority will take the necessary action to declare the position vacant and fill the position. Membership in the San Diego Chapter shall terminate upon the member's resignation, failure to pay dues or expulsion from membership for cause. Membership in this club shall be classified as Active, Junior, and Honorary. A vacancy in any office because of death, resignation, removal, disqualification, or any other cause shall be filled in the manner prescribed in these Bylaws.
